ive been online searching for days now and still have no luck getting my scanner to work. any ideas?

Have you had a look at the database here for some frequencies ?

so there are a few things that you can listen to.

Looks like ARMER is not available for you to monitor with that scanner

As mciupa says, welcome to RR.com.

Not sure what you were listening to before, but according to the RR Database, the ARMER system has rebanded (lowered their frequencies) and they are digital. Unfortunately, your scanner is unable to hear digital transmissions and it cannot be upgraded. It should still be hearing any conventional frequencies programmed into it, however.
