bc60xlt will only get weather, I don't know how to program!!

Be forewarned: there is not a lot to listen to in your area. LAPD has gone digital (P-25). You will be able to listen to the CHP on low band VHF. Airport frequencies, trains, etc.. It is only a 10 channel scanner. Don't be too disappointed)
