Bc760xlt Repair

I have had this Bc760xlt for close to 20 years , was always a great scanner , But now the squlech is not operating, when ever the unit is in a cool enviroment squlech opens up

Can anyone recommend a repair shop,. would love to keep it working, sentimental value
