BC780 Talkgroup Editor?

Does anyone know of any software that will let me edit/view the talkgroup settings on my BC780? I have ARC780, but it looks like it only lets me set the talkgroup alpha tags and such. I'm interested in being able to view the lockout settings, beep alert etc etc.

ARC 780 will allow you to edit these settings.

Ah ok... I didn't notice the Beep Alert checkbox in Arc780. I don't see anything to show talkgroup lockout status though.....

Pretty sure you can't read talkgroup lockout status from Arc780.

It would seem to be a limitation of the scanner and it's available remote commands.

Actually the screen I was looking at was the frequency screen and not the talkgroup screen. But there is the beep setting for talkgroups, but nothing that I see for the lockout.

Btw .. did you move from London ? I think if all my public service stuff was encrypted I would consider moving myself.

You can read TG lockout status from the scanner, according to the protocol.

Yes I did move from London, but only about 20 minutes outside the city.
