How is the BC780XLT supposed to track Type 1 fleet calls?

I used to monitor dispatch of a public utility system on talkgroup 000-1.

Now for some reason 000-0 talkgroup is being used, and I hear just the base station side of a conversation on 000-0.

The responding mobile only is heard on 000-1.

Is this normal behavior for the 780 and the all-call function?

Switching off status bits and trying a different fleetmap did nothing for the problem.

I'm here a lot
Are you referring to Duke Energy ?

I saw this news update on the system site in the database

"This system is currently undergoing a transformation from a Type-IIi, to a full Type II TRS."

Perhaps it is no longer a Type I and now is fulltime Type II, requiring you
to re-configure the settings in your radio.

I've always monitored Duke as a type II. The ID listed is a type one Give the name of Utility and maybe we could give better answers.

Yes, it is Duke Power. It is the Hickory, NC, Baker Mtn site.

I have no reason to believe it is no longer Type 1.

Type II size coding won't work right.

S14 in block 0 always worked until 000-0 started popping up.

I am thinking that they are using fleetcall for some reason now.

I have never monitored a fleetcall before so I don't know how the 780 handles it.
