BC785D: Will this work for listening to MSP's radio system?

I have the a BC785D and the digital card.

I am new to the scanning world and after reading the manual that came with this thing...lets just say I am very confused.

Is it possible to scan the MPSC system with the setup that I have and if so, how do I go about doing that?

The only Scanners I know of that will monitor the MPS system are:
PRO 96
BC 296
BC 796
and when released
PRO 2096
