I've seen the 785s go for anywhere from $240 - $270 without the card. You can get the card from Uniden for $100 so $340-$400 is a range of prices. I wouldn't pay more than $400 for the combo. Even though there are newer scanners, this is still a great model and works in many areas. I have two and love them.

Not hijack the thread here but I plan on offering mine with the P25 card and full ARC250PRO software for $375 shipped insured next week.
