BC796 CC Only?????

I am reading the manual for the 796 and having a terrible time programming it. I believe the problem is getting it in the "CC mode."

I am following the manual, step by step, and it just isn't happening. Can someone give me a sanity check?

For CC only on a 800 mhz system you must select a BAND PLAN (see pg. 45 of the manual) or you can leave CC only off and put in all the frequencies for the site. Also on the 796 you can only put one site in per bank.
