Make sure you are in ID Scan. The lists will not be displayed when you press the decimal point button if in ID Search.

I see nothing wrong with the programming. If Carver Co works in ID Search but not ID Scan and the talkgroups are valid, there is only one possible explanation: The lists in bank 1 are turned off! While scanning Carver Co only (bank 1), put the scanner in ID Scan. While scanning, you will see the bank number (1) displayed. Press the decimal point button. You will see the list numbers displayed. You should see list numbers 1 thru 0. If any are missing, press the appropriate numbers on the keypad to turn them on. Press the decimal point button again to return to the bank scan display.
