Hi guys,
Having a problem with the BC796D here...I've got this scanner working on some conventional frequencies stored in a bank with a digital trunked system. When a fire company is toned out on our F1 frequency (conventional VHF), in the middle of the tones, the scanner seems to lose the signal for some reason and resumes scanning, sometimes resulting in me missing a significant portion of the dispatch. Anyone have an idea why this is?

The signal is of excellent strength...max. bars on the display. I don't understand why that would happen...anyone have an idea?
