Apart from IDTracker (which doesn't do programming, but it is a very good recording package...) and Control Freq (which is very old software - kinda limited in comparison to what can be had now, and I don't know whether it would be Vista compatible) the answer is no. You get quality for what you pay for. The 2 I would recommend is either ProScan or ARC250. Both have the ability to download data from the database, now that you're a subscriber.
The title of the message is a little deceiving. I thought for a moment you were asking about a particular package that you were trying to get working under Vista....
