Our local fire and EMS switched to frequencies 151.4675, and 155.7225. When I programmed these frequencies into my BC895, it rounded the frequencies to 151.465, and 155.730. Is these anyway to correct this problem. Also I am considering buying a Pro 2055 or Pro 2096, will either these scanners program those frequencies.

The 895 cannot support narrow band steps (which I think on VHF is 7.5 khz), so no, it can't be corrected. The best you coulld probably do is to program it in 5 khz steps, but the lower modulation is going to cause you problems.

Both the 2055 and 2096 will support the new 7.5 khz steps on VHF - but keep in mind that the 2055 hears analog only; the 2096 will get both digital and analog. Important if you're in an area that uses digital on VHF - there are a few areas like this. 73s Mike
