BC898T Issues with CR Trunk System

Hey Everyone,
I have a BC898T, and am trying to get it the Cedar Rapids trunked frequencies programed into it. I have all 17 of the frequencies and all the TalkGroup ID's programed in, but when I scan all I hear is static. The TalkGroup ID displays, but just static, then continues to scan the rest of the ID's. Anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks for all your help!

I dont believe that the 898 will decode P25 digital

EDIT: Nope, It wont. You need a scanner capable of P25 Digital

Thanks for the reply, and that would explain it. Thank You... Do you have any recommendations on a good scanner that does have P25 Digital capabilities?
