Need help installing update loader 2.0.0.3. What scanner firmware file do I use? When I click ok a box opens to search for the file under .scn. Completely at a loss here. Thanks

BCVUP is the program you use to load the firmware into the scanner, you have to download the firmware in the same place you got the BCVUP unzip it to a folder then when you run BCVUP you tell it what folder you unzipped the file to, that file has the scn extension.
This is ALL in the DIRECTIONS!
