All firmware updates are applied using BC_VUP3. Download BC_VUP3 Firmware Updater for DMA Scanners, unzip the file, then run the installer (Setup_BC_VUP.msi) to install this utility. Then, run the utility and follow the on-screen prompts to select the scanner model and firmware version to apply.

Thank you mate - the problem is, dont have the SCN files i need for the BCD radio, as the version is 1.00.02 , I have the firmware updater, but not the relavant scn files. ? -

Its the BCD325p2 AUS version, as the firmware uploader told me, so i cant use BC_vup3 ? any thoughts, please let me know. thanks

The firmware for the US version DOES NOT work on the AUS version. I don't know if Uniden Australia ever released any firmware updates for the AUS version.

Yeah, I loved mine but found a UBCD436PT does a better job for me.

Oh yeh , i have a 436pt, but the 325 was one i was given to me to program, then saw the firmware version , so far seems to be working ok
