Help, new scanner, how do i look and see what firmware this scanner has now to see if it needs upgrade ? Thanks...

Go to Menu> Settings> See scanner info> Firmware version

That firmware is really old. The current version is 3.02.02.

You can find the firmware updates here:

Note that if you're @ 1.13.17, to get up to date, you'll need to run the ESN loader and register your scanner so that you can get the V3 registration key (required for any updates 3.00 or higher).
