BCD 396T Earpiece

Does anyone know if the BCD 396T earpiece can use stereo head phones or is a mono adapter needed?

You can use either. It's set up as mono, but you will get audio out of both sides with a stereo set (or mine does anyhow). The manual mentions this in the first few pages.
