BCD 396T HELP !!

Hi, I just received my 396 today and programmed a system with UASD under a new scanner config. I didnt touch the config settings and just set up one EDACS system. When I press SCAN, it says ID SCAN but never stops on anything. Any ideas what I've done wrong, thank you.

Did you enter the right LCN's with the frequencies?
Did you select the right mode - WIDE or NARROW?
Did you enter channels (talkgroups) for the agencies you want to hear?
Press SCAN again and it should go into ID search mode. Do you hear anything then?

I entered the right LCNs EDACS Wide and all that stuff.

Also, on the bottom, it says SO:1 ---------- Is that normal ?

YESSSSS, I figured it out, certain freqs were locked out, I got it now though. Thanks for the help
