I'm working on my own personal monitor software for the 396T. As usual, nothing out has what I need. I've got my program (C#) displaying the weird big font/small font thing. The only thing I can't figure out is what I think is the signal meter on the first line of small font.
I know that at least ScannerBase has figured out how to decode it. It looks like some kind of code, but I can't see what it is. I was thinking it might be something like a LONG, but that doesn't make sense.
Can someone shed some light on how to process the STS line1 signal meter section?
