I'm trying to EDIT this scanner with out the programming cable the person LOST it and only wants (1) Group to Monitor thats Quick Key-1 BUT this shows others like NEWS,SPECIAL i have NO clue how to remove them from scanning did look up the Manual did not find my answer.

did work but its TEMP locked out how can i make it permant??

If you only F+L/O it is temp.

ok thanks for your help one more problem he never told me this scanner has NO SOUND lol

I'd check to see if any sound from the earphone jack. If there is, then the jack is probably in need of fix.
