BCD-436 DMR & Pro Voice Upgrade Problem

Downloaded latest Sentinel for my BCD-436 and paid for the DMR & Pro Voice upgrades and received my keys, problem is every time I try to enter either key the first letter/number comes back incorrect key entered press any key to continue. Spent time with Uniden customer support, they said I was doing everything right and do not have an answer, they said they are gonna contact Uniden corporate for an answer, any ideas?

Use the scroll wheel to select the digits and the "6>" to advance to the next slot.

So you scroll to the first digit, then press the "6>" and it gives an error?

The scanner only checks for validity after you press E. You should only do that after you've input the entire key.

Got it was not using the 4 & 6 keys to move digits, thanks everyone for help. Question I use it by entering zip code & range, not very good by individual manually entering, does the dmr & pro voice work automatically or do I have to enter the settings, thanks again.
