BCD-996T Programming

Our inland empire bureau has a BCD-996T scanner that they want me to program. I've done my personal 396XT and the two 396s we have for the station with ARC-XT, so they came to me. But, I don't know what to use, and I don't want to purchase a program I'm going to use once. Any ideas?

And as a bonus- Freescan works with all the scanners you mentioned. ARC-XT wouldn't work well with the non XT version of the 396...Mike
