Hello,
Thanks in advance to everyone who reads and or comments back. I recently activated an online feed. I have a BCD 996XT. I am having difficulty with the alpha tags not communicating with the scanner. It says not communicating with scanner, to communicating with scanner. I have looked at all my Baud rates and set them to 115200 and also set C-CH output to on, extended and off. Nothing seems to help. I also set all to 9600 Baud along with the device manager to check the com port baud rates to 9600 then to 115200 and com port assignment. Nothing seems to help. Any help or suggestions appreciated.
