We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

When I first got my BCD396T four months ago, it would charge to about 4.29 - 4.30.

Now I notice it's charging to 4.38 or so.

Is this normal? And is it a good thing or a bad thing?

I would say that is good. Is it I would like to know though if it is discharging to the same voltage? I use a seperate charger and before I charge the discharged batterys I put them in a flashlight and finish discharging them.

I would suggest getting a seperate charger . Wouldnt take any chances on such a simple thing as a bad battery ruining a $500.00 investment . Chargers are cheap yu can get a pretty decent charger for between 20-30 bucks....just my opinion
