Does anyone else find that these units sound better on the MPSCS with the digital AGC off?

If not, what are your settings?

I've tinkered with this thing for hours and still find it sounds better with the AGC off.

That would make perfect sense if the system is already using AGC.

I've always preferred it that way because it matches almost exactly the sound of my Motorola W7 base. And because Lansing Fire tones out their dispatches, the AGC makes the tone VERY VERY loud and then the intiial voice is VERY VERY loud so I had to turn it off. But as mentioned that's fine by me...
