BCD396T question

I just purchased a BCD396T and programed it through freescan and all is well, but one problem is that the frequencies don't show on the screen instead it says NFM, can anyone help me change it so the frequencies are on the screen and not NFM.

Push hold then func and then the zero, at least that is the way it is with the BCT15 & BCD996..That will toggle you from display mode 1 & 2. You can also change this with FreeScan

Also note; the virtual control doesn't work unless logging is also turned on. This is a bug in version .9g, and it has been reported.

For the 396T, the toggle is Hold - Func - 5. This toggles between frequency and Channel name. On some channels, particularly if unknown, I edit the name (abbreviated) to include the frequency or location where I snagged it.

Just discovered for the BCT15x it is Func 6. Wow this site is great. I was trying to figure that for a while.

Does anyone know how I change this setting for a bc246 hand held ? Thanks
