Yes it does and it also receives conventional analog and digital traffic as well.

Yes, it should with no problems, you may have to put in each site as separate system, but they could all have the same Quick Key to turn on and off for scanning.

The 996 can do multiple sites with one system, the 396 can't, each site has to be a separate system.
