My 396 seems to be less sensitive in the Mil-Air range and the 400-420 band. The BC296 I had would pick up the above ranges with ease where the 396 struggles has anyone else noticed this problem? I will say that my 396 is much more sensitive in the 800 range whaen compared to the 296 though. Any suggestions or thoughts? I live in the Phoenix AZ area.
