Ok I went & did it , I upgraded to the 396 , The learning is going well so far
but I'm stuck on something,...How can I change the modulation setting in the preset services searchs, I would like to put it on fm as opposed to nfm for a few of them , but I dont see the option to do this in the menu?
It is easy to do within a custom or user defined search or even with a programmed system ,..., it is right there in the menu , but I cant seem to change the default mod type in any of the preset service search ranges as it doesnt appear in the edit service search menu.....(yes I went to menu serchopt & selected fm rather than nfm ,..this had no effect it stays in nfm)
I am using latest firmware, & so far everything else seems fine .
It works the way its described in the manual for systems and custom searches , just cant get out of nfm for preset service searches , any ideas?
