Programmed in an EDACS system via Radio Reference database using ARC396 software. Scanner keeps locking in on the control channel. How do I stop this from locking in on the control channel and to keep scanning ?

Programmed in an EDACS system via Radio Reference database using ARC396 software. Scanner keeps locking in on the control channel. How do I stop this from locking in on the control channel and to keep scanning ?

If your scanner is locking on the control channel and you can hear the control channel noise then it's not set up right go into the system and double check that it's set up correctly as a EDACS System,
