BCD396XT and FreeScan

There are frequencies like 769.41875 P25 CHP where I am at. Using FreeScan, in the software it goes out 5 digits to the right of the decimal point like 769.41875 but when uploaded to the scanner the scanner shows only 769.4187 or 4 digits on the right. How can I fix it so the scanner shows all 5 digits to the right of the decimal?

That last 5 represents 50Hz,it's such a tiny increment it makes no difference at all on these scanners. It may be listed that way on RR, but the scanner isn't even designed to take it,
