Could someone help me out with 2 questions?

1. how to unlock "locked out" talk groups" on the EDACS System. I've accidently locked out a Talk Group, & not sure how to unlock it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

2. On the one talk group when the talk group is transmitting, my display reads "Qck Save Grp". How do I take that off my screen?

Any assistance on my 2 questions would be greatly appreciated.

Answer to Question 1) -Go to that EDACS system in your system list
-Click on 'Edit system Options'
-Scroll down to 'Clr All L/O IDs'

Answer to Question 2) -Go to that system in the system list or by pressing 'FUNC -- Menu' while scanning
-Go to 'Edit Group'
-Scroll down to 'Qck Save Grp'
-Scroll down and click 'Delete Group'

Notes: -'Qck Save Grp' appears when you click E/Yes on a talk group that is active and not programmed
