BCD396XT Custom Search with Control Channel Only

When i am searching in a custom search (851.0125 to 868.9875) using control channel only, the scanner does not stop on the control channel. If i press hold and scroll to the appropriate frequency it picks it up. Also it seems to want to stop 0.0125 MHz above the control channel on the strong signals but still does not pick up the system, not that i would expect it to.

When scanning through the programmed systems i pick up all the towers i would expect just not in the search.

Any ideas on why this might be happening in the custom searches?

Custom Search with Control Channel Only

I have another BCD396XT and went through all the settings and they match. I run the search side-by-side and one picks up the control channel and the other does not. It almost seems like it is the scanner itself that is the problem.

Each "custom search" has its own menu settings, you have to go into the menu and turn "ON" CConly in each.....
