I hit a button on my uniden BCD306XT by accident & on the display the "Hold" indication is flashing. Could someone please walk me through the steps on how to stop it from blinking?

You have put your scanner in "System Hold" mode.

Press and hold down the "Hold" key until the screen displays "System Hold Off", and then release the key.
