I'm in the continuing process of figuring out this scanner. I'm reasonably clear about he meanings of system, group, and channel, but was unable to find a definition in the "Complete Reference Guide" for the term "site".
Maybe I overlooked it in in the vast labyrinth of info., but any help would be appreciated.

A site is just: A place for the system frequencies including control channels on Motorola systems and LCN frequencies on EDACS & LTR...you also assign a Quick Key to each site so you can recall them quickly...and you can have multiple sites attached to one talkgroup ID list for ease of use on wide area systems. That is "Multi-Site Trunking" in a nutshell.
