Can anyone recommend a repair center.I need the main speaker replaced.
Everything works but the speaker.
The scanner is new condition has not been opened at all.
I connected the scanner to the computer via the cable that came with the scanner.
As I was programming the scanner using freescan
I noticed that the speaker stopped working.
I have been using an external speaker using the headphone jack since it works,

Yes, we all now know of your problem since you have Two different threads on it. You have still not explained if you filled out the web form for Uniden repair and started packing it up to send to them.
I had a much older scanner repaired by Uniden 2 months ago and it came back in perfect condition.
You do not need to speak on the telephone with them and the folks you can reach are NOT the techs anyway.
