my 436 was set to 12 hours set it back to one hour is that enough time? Seemed to run down quickly. also i own 436 325p2 & sds100. seems a bit redundant. Are any of these worth selling & any idea what theytr worth?

The 436 is worth what someone will pay you for it.

Your 436 should charge for 12 plus hours and then may not fully charge.

Some of the quirks. You can't charge the batteries with the radio on. You have to turn it off or, (recommended), charge them in an external charger. There is no "0" charge time setting for those of us who never charge the batteries in the scanner and want to use USB power.
