BCD436 Keypad issue?

I've never dropped my scanner, i keep it in a pouch...my key pads paint has started to chip off...Anyone else? Any ideas on how to get a replacement keypad(just the rubber part?)

The edge of the avoid button is showing white on my 436, but it's the most used button so I expected wear to occur and I'm not concerned.
