BCD436HP/BCD536HP: BCD436 keypad replacement - Where are they?

I haven't had one scanner keypad worn out but the latest BCD536 worn out with one years use. I think it is a poorer quality of those rubber keypads. They seem to have been made of much softer rubber like a pencil ereaser and the labeling have also not gone deep enough into the rubber.
