All,
I need some help programming a system that appears in the RR database, but is not in the RR weekly system download. It is the Volkswagen Group of America Inc. Chattanooga Operations https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=6940. I'm aware that it doesn't download because there are no talkgroups. Would someone please direct me to a set of instructions on how to program this system either manually or through Sentinel?
