BCD436 ProVoice

I got the ProVoice Upgrade for my scanner and I was wondering if someone could put the upgrade on my scanner for me since my computer is down.

Also I have a quick question. Obviously I have the BCD436HP and haven't done anything to it since I've taken it out of the box. I am trying to listen to Prince William County Fire & Rescue. I just want to know if putting the ProVoice upgrade on my scanner will fix this issue or if there is something else I need to do. Any help is much appreciated

You don't need a PC. You can enter via controls with e-mail code you received.

If you are in Virginia, you do not need the Provoice upgrade as they are P25 Phase 2. Just make sure all your service types are on.
