BCD436 Step through DB manually one at a time?

Is there a way to step through the database on the 436 manually one at a time while listening to just the channel you are on? For instance, I know I have a certain frequency in my favorites list but can't remember where it is or it's quick key. I'd like to be able to stop scanning, and one at a time, step through the frequencies to look at them and find what I'm looking for.

This is my first new scanner in about 15 years when my last one died so perhaps I'm missing something.

Any help appreciated.

Enable everything (all service tags, all QKs) then hold on a channel (press CHAN) and rotate the scroll knob.
