BCD436HP data base does not show PSP Phase 2 info in Sentinell

Why can I not get data base to show new PSP Phase 2 info in Sentinel IE Warren County, Dauphin County? It does show under web import with Win 96.

(it's Phase 1 but that really doesn't matter).

In Sentinel, you have to look in the Statewide section within each county.

Oh, this one:

You can't see it in Sentinel because it has no talkgroups defined. That's the way Uniden Sentinel works... so until someone submits a talkgroup and it is in the Sentinel library, you have to enter the system by hand.
