BCD436HP/BCD536HP: BCD436HP only picking up distpatch and not other units on P25

I have a sheriffs office that I listen to primarly, but recently I have only been able to hear dispatch say things such as "recieved" or units numbers. Im wondering if its a issue with the antenna or just a user error? TIA

It's possible the car has gone encrypted.

That sounds like you are listening to the repeater INPUT frequency rather than it's OUTPUT frequency.
