When I receive a DMR transmission from the channels that I programmed as "DMR on frequency", it shows DMR. In a limit search, I receive DMR on some frequencies and CON on others. I've heard the hams brag about their free repeater when talking on the hospital security systems. They just use a different TGID, but use the same CC and SL 2. They also forgot to change their DMR ID's on their radios, so it's easy to tell who it is.
I'm not sure you're understanding Trunking in general or MotoTRBO or DMR One Frequency programming. The only frequency you program as DMR One Frequency Trunk is those that show DMR during custom search. The CON+ frequency is part of a MotoTRBO Trunking System which requires an entirely different programming method. Two separate systems to program. From there, you can program talkgroup ID's to isolate your listening to a specific group (security etc).
It would appear you are trying to use the Whistler programming method on a Uniden scanner, which isn't going to work the same. You will encounter "hang ups" which is the rest channel transmitting data which might be on various slots on the frequencies and your scanner will "freeze up" and stop scanning.
Look back on this thread, others have told you how to set it up correctly. I'm not sure if a You Tube video is available, but that might help. When a friend of mine get's tripped up, I usually give this advice as how a Uniden scanner is set up: Favorite/System/Site/Department. All of those elements have to be met for a successful programming. From there, follow the advice given, but has of right now, you're not experiencing the full potential of your scanner. You might be ok with it for now, but you will return one day frustrated with how it's not working. Take your time, do it right and enjoy the scanner..
