Yes.Is it possible to use 2800mAh rechargeable batteries rather than the 2300mAh batteries the scanner came with?
No.Will i damage the scanner?
Both batteries are 1.2 volts
How exactly am I wrong? I can't wait for the answer.Whoever answered “yes” is wrong. 2800mah and 2300mah are simply storage capacities of the battery, NOT the voltage. They both supply 1.2-1.3 volts, the prescribed voltage for the BCD436HP. A 2800mah battery will simply last longer than a 2300mah battery before needing to be recharged.
Cool! But no one mentioned that model...well, except you.The BCD325P2 takes 2 batteries.
Look again… it’s the title of the OP’s post. And you are a “Super moderator? Come on man, you’re better than that!Cool! But no one mentioned that model...well, except you.

Yes, the 2300 and 2800.I only mentioned this model, since the OP said two batteries.
For some time now when they'll work in the device I've used either Eneloop's or Eneloop pro's. I had great luck with both when I had my BCD 536. The fellow I sold it to is still using the same batteries I had for years with an external charger. I never charged the batteries in the scanner, only used an external.I've owned a wide variety of rechargeable batteries.
I bought some high Mah batteries, but the shelf life was horrible. I bought these at Batteries Plus, my first mistake. They discharged in less than 48 hours.
These batteries can hold a charge for a long time.
