BCD436HP settings for New Castle

I anm having a hard time receiving New Castle County with my BCD436Hp. It seems like transmissions are cutting out. I am using the radio shack 800 antenna.I rolled my firmware back to 1.02.03 to see if that would help. Anyone willing to share their setting? Thanks
