I have the latest firmware and the latest version of Sentinel the problem is that my site is not broadcasting the band plan anymore. All the other sites around me are broadcasting the band plan. I have verified this by running DSDPlus Fastlane

I am trying to listen to site 18 Byron on this site Land Mobile Radio Network (South Zone) Site: Byron

Not an answer, but I've noticed several reports lately of MSI sites not reporting the bandplan. The actual system users wouldn't know since they have it programmed in their subscribers. Must be an issue introduced in a recent release.

You should only have to program in the control frequencies in red & nothing else
142.185142.485142.665c142.875142.905c

With that said, most talkgroups on the system are fully encrypted (mode "TE") which likely explains why you're only seeing them flash up with no voice. You'll only be able to track the mode "T" talkgroups, I'm only seeing "MTO Maintenance" (& radio tech) talkgroups in the clear so...turn on the public works service type and maybe you'll hear traffic from them
