Bcd536hp battery problem

So when I let the scanner run for a couple days it used to keep the charge and not need clock information for a while. However now that I have the wifi dongle plugged in even after letting it charge for a few days it will not keep the clock setting long. Only thing I changed is that the wifi dongle is plugged in.

Has anyone else seen this?

My 536hp likewise no longer keeps the internal battery charged for the clock. I haven't used the wifi dongle. I have left it on for a week and the clock still needs to be reset even for power down for only a few minutes. The 436 hasn't had the problem. The 536 has just started experiencing this problem within the past month or so.

Yes I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the latest firmware update
