Thanks for all the help thus far - I have been living on this board getting things fixed.

However, this is the second time I've had this happen. First time I just erased everything and started over.

While scanning, a frequency will be active and every few seconds, the scanner seems to go into a priority scan and the audio cuts out. I've turned off priority and close call functions but can't figure it out. It's driving me crazy.

Check and make sure you do not have any channels marked for priority and also the weather channels. There is a talk group or something you have as a priority that is on.

Thank you again for the help.

Set CC mode is off
Close scan set priority is off
Wx alt priority is off
Weather alert - alert only

I checked all my favorites (that just got overwritten from sentinel) and there are no priorities set.

I am missing something and it's driving me crazy.

I have the Whistler TRX-2 and boy, this is very different. However, I LOVE ProScan!

Does it do it only while ProScan is running? Make sure the ProScan Resume Scan/Search function is off. It's located at the upper right side of the virtual scanner.

The ProScan Resume Scan/Search function was the problem. Thank you!!!!! I never would of found that and had no idea it was there as it was collapsed with just the freq/tune/jump options visible.
